Some thoughts about Literature Review Draft

1, Some important issues which need to be considered:
1) After the installation of FYA for the permitted phase in PPLT, it may bring some negative effect to the indication of permitted only phase, because some of the signal heads with LT permitted only are shared with TH signal heads, that is to say, if we wanna keep circular green ball for TH movement, which may be shared with the permitted phase for LT movement, the drivers may get confused confronted with FYA as permitted indication in some intersections and also with GB as permitted indication in other intersections.
